General Surgeon

We are looking for an exceptional Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon who is passionate about improving the lives of patients through surgical procedures and has a strong commitment to providing compassionate care. As an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon at Talentspoc.inen, you will be responsible for conducting surgeries to treat diseases, injuries, or defects of the head, neck, face, jaws, and the hard and soft tissues of the oral and maxillofacial regions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform surgeries such as dental implants, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma surgery, and other complex oral and maxillofacial procedures.
2. Diagnose and treat various conditions, including cleft palate, obstructive sleep apnea, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.
3. Consult with patients to explain the surgical process, potential risks, and post-operative care.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including dentists, orthodontists, and plastic surgeons, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
5. Keep up-to-date with advancements in the field of oral maxillofacial surgery and implement new techniques and procedures as appropriate.
6. Ensure proper and accurate medical records, documentation, and billing for all procedures performed.
7. Maintain a safe, clean, and sterile work environment in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
2. Completion of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program.
3. Board-certified or eligibility for Certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
4. Valid state license to practice as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
5. Proven experience in performing a wide range of oral and maxillofacial procedures.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care.
8. Ability to work well in a team environment.
