Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Consultant

About The Role
SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Consultant/Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert surgical care for conditions affecting the oral and facial regions. You will work closely with patients and collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical and dental histories and conduct thorough examinations to diagnose oral and facial conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Perform surgical procedures such as extractions, dental implant placements, jaw reconstructions, and facial trauma reconstructions
• Prescribe medications and provide post-operative care to patients
• Collaborate with other dental and medical specialists to ensure integrated patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Stay current on the latest advancements and research in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery
  

Requirements

• Medical and dental degrees, with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Proven experience in performing a diverse range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
• Expertise in advanced surgical techniques and technologies
• Thorough knowledge of oral and maxillofacial anatomy, pathology, and treatment principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
