1. Minimum 5 years experience in Fusion HCM and Oracle products.
2. Exposure to systems, processes and controls related to Branch and Central operations.
3. Ability to deliver in demanding situations with deadlines.
4. Mandatory Professional Certifications & Licenses Requirement:

• Oracle Fusion HCM Base Cloud.
• Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud.
• Oracle Talent Management Cloud.
• Oracle Absence Management Cloud.
• Taleo Recruit and Taleo Learn.
• Oracle Business Intelligence Reports (BI Answers and Composer).
• SQL, PL/SQL (for PaaS Stored Procedures).
• Java, ADF (for PaaS pages).
• Unix Shell Scripting (for Interfaces).
