This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle HCM Techno Functional at TechMantra Global. The role involves working on business processes, consulting, Oracle HR, Oracle Applications, and integration tasks as part of daily responsibilities.

• Oracle HR and Oracle Applications proficiency
• Experience in Business Process and Consulting
• Skills in Integration of systems
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud solutions is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
