Job Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes and systems.
Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client needs, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, and others.
Develop custom solutions and integrations using Oracle HCM Cloud APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and other relevant technologies.
Perform data migrations, data conversions, and system integrations as needed.
Provide guidance and support to the business on best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and optimization.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases, features, and industry trends.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, with experience in one or more functional areas such as Core HR, Talent Management, or Payroll.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration tools, such as Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager (FSM) and Oracle Application Composer.
Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud APIs, BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader, and other relevant development tools.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware platforms preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
