Oracle Fusion SCM UAT Coordinator

Job Purpose

The candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with extensive experience in Oracle SCM implementation. This role will be responsible for coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing bug fixes, ensuring data migration integrity, and verifying the integration of ancillary systems along with the following points:

1. Facilitate the seamless integration and implementation of ERP Fusion.
2. Complete knowledge of the procurement cycle and scenarios development for system testing.
3. Oversee the transition from legacy systems to ERP Fusion, ensuring minimum disruption to procurement functions.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the Technology team to align the ERP Fusion system with procurement needs and objectives.
5. Provide training and support to procurement staff on the new ERP system to ensure proficiency and effective utilization.
6. Living the values of the bank, adhering to the code of conduct.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement functions and extensive experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, particularly in migration projects.

Proven track record in coordinating UAT, managing bug fixes, and ensuring data migration integrity.

Strong PC Skills i.e., Excel, Word, MIS office, PowerPoint, and good communication.

Good command over automated analytical tools to support vendor analysis, evaluation matrix, performance analysis, SLA, TAT measurements etc.
