Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional from the Finance domain with expertise in Oracle Fusion Risk Management and Lease Accounting. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling risk management and lease accounting capabilities, with at least two end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks within the organization.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on risk management activities and outcomes.
Lease Accounting: Manage lease accounting processes in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of lease transactions.
Perform lease classification and valuation.
Implementation: Lead and execute at least two end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Risk Management and Lease Accounting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Finance domain.
Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Risk Management and Lease Accounting.
Proven track record of at least two end-to-end implementations.
Strong understanding of financial risk management principles and lease accounting standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to UAE if required.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Familiarity with international accounting standards and regulations.
