We are seeking an exceptional Oracle Fusion Program Director to lead a high-visibility, transformative initiative to replace Oracle EBS with Oracle Fusion across our Finance, Procurement, and HR functions. This is not merely a technical upgrade but a business transformation project aimed at redefining processes, optimizing workflows, and driving innovation at scale.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with extensive ERP consulting experience, and a proven track record of delivering multiple large-scale ERP implementations for multinational organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Develop and execute a robust program strategy, roadmap, and governance model, addressing scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
Drive business transformation by designing and implementing optimized processes for Finance, Procurement, and HR functions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for C-level stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, risks, and outcomes.
Manage relationships across global teams, ensuring alignment of objectives and buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams, including internal resources, system integrators, and consulting partners, to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and guide project managers, technical leads, and functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution to maintain program momentum.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and corporate policies during implementation.
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage program budgets, optimizing resources to deliver high-value outcomes without compromising quality.
Ensure financial accountability by maintaining transparency and accurate tracking of program expenditures.
Communication & Reporting:
Develop and deliver detailed presentations and progress reports for executive leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Experience:
15+ years of relevant experience, including program leadership roles in large-scale ERP implementations.
Minimum of 3 full-cycle ERP implementations (end-to-end) as a Program Director or equivalent leadership role.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS in multinational organizations.
Expertise:
Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, and HR processes in enterprise environments.
Proven track record of delivering business transformation initiatives alongside technical implementations.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage complex, large-scale programs.
