Oracle Fusion HCM Functional (Payroll)

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Functional and Configuration experience with Oracle HCM Payroll (Must have)
• Minimum 3-4 implementations of functional HCM with Payroll Fast Formula.
• Defining and Documenting business requirements, Setups, and AIM methodology
• Reviewing all Geography specific business processes pertaining to Payroll as an SME
• Upgrade experience preferred
• Ability to work on all phases of the Project Initiation, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, testing, and Support
• Business Knowledge, Setup, and Configurations required

Payroll Business Processing and Setups: Payroll Structure, global values, Consolidation, Assignment, Exchange Rates, Fast Formulas writing/changes, Adjustments, Amendments, Payments, Distributions, Cash Management, EFT processing/reconciliation, Payroll Modeller, SOE Processing, Reports and Payslip Modelling, Statutory Deductions and Reporting, Payroll run/processing, Analysis, Continuous Calculation, Event Groups, QuickPay, Balances, Post-processing.

Payroll System Level Understanding: Data Locks, Voids and reversal, QuickPay, viewing results and Printing Pay slips, Employee Assignments, Payroll Actions, employee balance conversion, Prepayments, Cheque/Cheque Writer, Voids, Manual Payments, Retro Pay, Advance Pay, Exception, Payments Reconciliation, Retries, Reversals, Rollbacks, Costing, Element.
