The Job

  1. Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
  3. Provide functional expertise and recommendations to optimize HR processes and workflows using Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities.
  4. Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify system customization and configuration requirements.
  5. Manage end-to-end implementation activities, including project planning, testing, training, and go-live support.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.
  8. Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system maintenance to address evolving business needs.
  9. Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM product updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  10. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting requirements are met.

The Profile

  1. 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Modules implementation
  2. 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Payroll, Global HR, Absence, Compensation and Benefits.
  3. At least 2 End to End implementations experience of Oracle HCM Modules
  4. Ability to develop Fast-Formulas and troubleshoot complex Formula requirements.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot Value-Sets and work with Table Types and develop SQL for the same.
  6. Ability to quickly understand HR and Payroll concepts and apply them to technology.
  7. Deep understanding of statutory components for the Middle East (UAE / KSA / QA) is mandatory.
  8. Excel in Payroll costing concepts and understanding of Dynamic Costing segmentation in Oracle Fusion.
  9. Knowledge to understand SQL reports and facilitate feedback to the technical team.
  10. Good Understanding and workability in HDL / HSDL / FBL is required.
  11. Ability to create Spreadsheet templates for Payroll Business Objects.
  12. Ability to understand the business requirement and functional specification documents
  13. Ability to produce artefacts such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training documents
  14. Ability to do Fusion Application Configuration, Testing.
  15. Knowledge of application to application integration on Oracle PAAS.
  16. Determination, self-motivation and an eagerness to take on new challenges
  17. Ability to adapt quickly, working in a dynamic business environment
  18. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  19. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  20. Proven ability to work independently in support of Clients / Business
  21. Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud a huge plus.
