Job description

The role will require experience and capability in requirement mapping, gap analysis, functional prototyping, UAT, and all other disciplines required for implementation.

The role may be required to cover the company’s managed services desk on occasions, for example, handover from implementation to managed services.

Working as part of a team of consultants, the primary role will be to implement Oracle Fusion Applications across a wide range of modules and client-specific customization as well as the ability to:

  1. Gather and document business requirements on IT projects.
  2. Document and manage business process flow charts.
  3. Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus building.
  4. Provide hands-on functional & configuration support for implemented ERP modules.
  5. Ensure ERP initiatives follow the proper planning, scheduling, and management processes.
  6. Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Provide hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (OUM).
  8. Configure applications based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion modules.
  2. Able to manage the customer and resolve challenges.
  3. Strong consultancy skills including consulting experience with blue-chip companies, engaging with Senior Management and Director/CIO level as appropriate for organization size.
  4. Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex system customization.
  5. Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize across concurrent projects may be required.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Experience of working effectively within a team and displaying good communication skills.
  9. Excellent mentoring and skills transfer capabilities.
  10. Organized and self-motivated.
  11. An ability to adopt and adhere to client policies and procedures.
