Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Technical Consultant

This position is responsible for the successful application support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Application implementation Rollout and system support from the technical side.

Support and manage all OIC integrations, VBCS, PCS & App Composer deployed across HCM and Finance modules.

Support and manage all existing Custom solutions/processes built on PaaS. Provide support to HCM Functional teams on HDL, HSDL Loaders & HCM Extracts.

Have a strong understanding of WSDL, REST & SOAP APIs across all Fusion modules.

The individual will work on BI Reports, OTBI reports, dashboards, and write data extraction queries using SQL.

The scope includes both technology and business transformation across the domains of Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resources.

This position provides the necessary leadership for the creation and design of the detailed ERP systems solutions architecture and implementation.

Basic knowledge of Apex development processes is required.

The position involves day-to-day collaboration with core team members and working closely with each of the functional Business Owners/functional support managers for the project.

Review Oracle Fusion quarterly technical updates, understand and map to the business needs, test/validate cross-functional updates, and deploy them upon business confirmation.

Work with the Oracle support team for application bugs/enhancements.

Adhere to and support existing ITIL service management processes such as change management, incident management, and problem management.

Embrace and adhere to support service level agreements agreed with the end-user community.

Provide subject matter expertise and leading-edge thinking on trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques that will be useful to ERP program activities.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are highly desirable.

Experience:

7 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Consultant.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in OIC integrations and VBCS deployed across Finance and Core HR modules, BI/OTBI reports, and dashboards.

Strong understanding of web services and thorough knowledge of REST/SOAP/WSDL.

Strong understanding of HCM and financial concepts, both conceptually and within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations.

Proven ability to be self-directed and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Working experience in PCS & App Composer deployed across all core Finance and SCM.

Broad understanding of DBCS & ATP and knowledge in application tools like FBDI, ADFDI, HDL & HSDL.

Certifications:

ITIL Certification & Oracle Technical Certification (Optional but Beneficial)
