Provide OCI Infrastructure strategic planning and technical guidance supporting Oracle EBS Applications and Middleware within a cloud environment
Solve complex technical problems that may involve multiple technology layers including database, messaging, operating systems, application servers, languages, and other middleware
Utilize effective communication, technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work successfully with other business and technology personnel, and internal customers, to provide responsive support and maintenance
Contribute to programs and initiatives designed to advance company strategic priorities
Provide OCI Infrastructure strategic planning support for Oracle EBS Applications within the Air Force cloud environment
Support the full life cycle spanning installation, configuration, patching, cloning, security, upgrades, user maintenance, troubleshooting, backup management, performance tuning, table space management, data recovery, and disaster recovery planning
Create and maintain documentation
Support CEMLI’s (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations and Integrations)
Coordinate with functional teams, developers and clients
Work collaboratively within an Agile development environment
Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, partners, and teammates
Required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field and comparable experience
Knowledge of EBS administration, cloning, cloud infrastructure installation, upgrades, and patching
LMI may choose to substitute education with relevant experience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
5+ years of Oracle EBS experience
Experience with technologies such as WebLogic, SOAP/Rest, Bastion, Gateways, Load Balancing, and Oracle Identity Access Management, to name a few
Strong OCI experience deploying, integrating, and configuring Oracle Modules in an enterprise environment
Performance Management
Experience with Secure Hybrid Cloud solutions
Experience with High Availability, Cloning, Data Encryption, and Disaster Recovery
Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring and management of databases
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working within an Agile environment
Working knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and 11g database
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate across functional and technical lines are critical.
