Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner. You will work closely with the team to ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain equipment and machinery in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
2. Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operations.
3. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues in a timely manner.
5. Maintain accurate records of production equipment maintenance and any incidents.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operator in a similar role.
3. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
4. Familiarity with operating and maintaining equipment and machinery.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
8. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
