Overview of the role:

The Operations Support and Analytics Manager at Tadweer is responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize waste collection, disposal, recycling, and resource recovery processes. This role is essential for improving efficiency, driving cost reductions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to sustainability goals. By utilizing advanced analytics, the manager supports the development of strategies that enhance operational performance and meet environmental targets while aligning with the company's overall objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Centralized Reporting: Act as the central interface for all dashboard reports for both commercial and municipal operation teams, ensuring data consistency and accessibility.
• KPI Management: Set and manage KPIs across dashboards, providing actionable insights to drive efficiencies and ensure compliance with operational goals.
• Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination with digital and IoT system vendors, overseeing any upgrades or changes to systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with commercial and municipal operation teams, providing ongoing support and guidance, with dotted-line reporting from respective operation support teams.
• Data Analysis & Solutions: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify inefficiencies, trends, or potential issues, and develop innovative, actionable solutions to optimize operations.
• Data Visualization: Create and maintain clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• System Expertise: Utilize telematics/GPS systems and field service/workforce management platforms to gather data and improve operational processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a managerial role within the Data Analytics domain (Waste Management Industry experience is a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science / Data Science / Computer Science, Masters Degree will be an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
