Job Description

• Monitor and support the performance of digital platforms and IT systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in system analysis and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth digital operations.
• Document technical processes and support procedures for future reference.

The Successful Applicant

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• A keen interest in digital platforms and IT operations.
• ITIL certification (preferred but not required).
