The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily store operations and the Distribution Center to ensure efficiency, achieve sales targets, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience. Key focus areas include optimizing inventory management, improving team performance, ensuring quality control, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and minimize wastage. Demonstrated expertise in streamlining processes, elevating operational standards, and consistently delivering exceptional results.

Key Highlights:

1. Operational Oversight: Manage daily store operations and the Distribution Center (DC) to ensure smooth processes, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.
2. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance across all stores, ensuring alignment with sales targets. Implement strategies to boost store and online sales performance and achieve revenue goals.
3. Team Leadership: Supervise store teams, conduct evaluations, organize training sessions, and foster a culture of recognition and motivation.
4. Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, optimize ordering processes, and ensure seamless supply chain operations to reduce wastage and meet demand.
5. Quality Control: Implement and monitor operational standards and guidelines to maintain product quality and consistency across stores.
6. KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators such as sales, sales targets, wastage, shrinkage, and operational efficiency, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
7. Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery, product quality, and seamless store operations.
8. Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs, including manpower and shrinkage, without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in inventory and supply chain management.
