1. Ensure efficient workflow within the warehouse.
2. Identify workforce needs and distribute manpower depending on increased and decreased workload.
3. Maintain enough resources across all the teams working with the team leaders.
4. Ascertain areas of concern and report to operations shift manager, working with the team leaders to resolve these as effectively as possible.
5. Maintain standards of the highest quality and compliance with HSE requirements.
6. Formulate a regular maintenance schedule to reduce unforeseen problems and ensure safety at all times.
