Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the Home Healthcare division
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize service delivery
• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols

• Manage client relationships focusing on satisfaction and care quality
• Handle scheduling and logistics to ensure timely service delivery

Requirements

• Experience as an Operations Specialist or in a relevant role within the healthcare sector
• In-depth understanding of home healthcare operations and compliance standards

• Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment
