Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations/Production Team Leader to oversee and streamline our refurbishment operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to lead a team in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, assemblers, and quality control staff to meet production goals.
• Production Planning: Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure timely delivery of refurbished electronics.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment to avoid production delays.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all refurbished products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Health and Safety: Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present production reports, metrics, and updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a production or operations leadership role, preferably in electronics or technology-related industries.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control processes.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
