Operations Manager - Warehouse

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Warehouse Manager to oversee the sorting, grading, and packing of used shoes for resale in local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, quality control, and supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sorting, grading, and packing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Implement quality control standards for used shoes based on market requirements.
• Optimize warehouse operations, ensuring proper inventory management and space utilization.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for sorting, grading, and packing procedures.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Train and manage warehouse staff to enhance productivity and maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse and operations management.
• Expertise in sorting, grading, and packing of used shoes or secondhand goods.
• Strong understanding of UAE and international market requirements.
• Experience in inventory control, logistics, and warehouse automation.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
