The Operations Manager – Media Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire outdoor media operations, including the Printing, Installation, and Maintenance Departments. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and strategic planning to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, efficient resource management, and continuous process improvement. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Head of Sales – OOH to ensure that all media installations and maintenance are executed flawlessly and in alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Media Operations Management:
    Oversee daily operations across the Printing, Installation, and Maintenance departments to ensure efficient execution of media campaigns.
    Develop and implement workflows and best practices to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
    Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control and optimal resource allocation.
    Coordinate with the sales and client servicing teams to align operations with business goals.
  2. Campaign Execution & Supervision:
    Plan, schedule, and supervise all outdoor media installation and maintenance activities.
    Ensure timely execution of media placements, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
    Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to avoid disruptions.
    Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
  3. Team Leadership & Performance Management:
    Lead and manage department heads and operational teams, ensuring accountability and performance optimization.
    Provide training, mentoring, and career development opportunities for team members.
    Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
    Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
    Collaborate with the sales team to align operations with client expectations.
    Address and resolve any client concerns related to operational execution.
  4. Compliance & Safety:
    Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
    Implement and enforce health & safety procedures in all operations.
  5. Process Improvement & Reporting:
    Continuously analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
    Generate and present operational reports to the Head of Sales – OOH Media.
    Implement new technologies and automation where applicable to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in media operations, outdoor advertising, or signage industry.
  3. Proven experience in handling printing, installation, and maintenance teams within media operations.
  4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  6. Proficiency in operational software and reporting tools.
  7. Knowledge of UAE labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
