Operations Manager - Manpower Services (HQ)

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our Manpower Services team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.

Scope: The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of Manpower contracts and accounts in coordination with site supervisors, administrative support, and the Account Manager.

Responsibilities

Financial

1. Oversee all daily deployments of staff to assigned contracts.
2. Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of monthly T&A.

Customer

1. Key point of contact with client site teams for all operational matters.
2. Develop strong relationships with client POC to facilitate the growth of contracts.
3. Manage internal teams such as demand planning, billing, and payroll to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow process.
4. Develop a strong and trusted relationship with employees through daily interaction, assisting in resolving simple queries and concerns raised.

Process

1. Manage and optimize current workflow processes across multiple lines of service, including Transport, HR, Deployments, and accommodation to ensure operational targets are achieved.
2. Encourage identification of areas of improvement to enhance efficiencies and processes across the business unit.
3. Oversee the onboarding of all newly recruited staff to ensure a smooth hiring and deployment process.

Innovation

1. Identify areas where repetitive tasks can be automated.
2. Reduce the amount of manual data and identify automated processes where possible.
