• Quality Management:
- Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring all services meet or exceed customer expectations and company standards
- Implement quality assurance measures and address performance issues to ensure consistent excellence
• Procurement & Resource Management:
- Manage the procurement process for all necessary equipment and supplies, ensuring the team has access to high-quality, reliable tools
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and supplies, to meet operational needs
• Stakeholder Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the technical team and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Work closely with senior management to align operations with the company’s strategic goals
• Customer Service & Issue Resolution:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by maintaining open lines of communication and swiftly addressing escalated concerns
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and enhance the customer experience
• Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Develop and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost control measures are in place while maintaining high service quality
- Collaborate with finance and senior management to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
• Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, creating a safe working environment for all team members
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Regularly assess operational performance using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on key operational metrics and performance indicators
• Compliance & Legal Adherence:
- Ensure the team operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Address any compliance issues promptly and effectively
What we are looking for:- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in maintenance and specialized cleaning (e.g., Furniture Cleaning and Deep Cleaning) in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of blue-collar employees
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and process optimization techniques
- Proficient in budget management, cost control, and financial oversight
- Experience in procurement and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
