Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Reports To: Operations Manager

Direct Reports: Warehouse Staff

Working Schedule: 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday)

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations including inventory management, logistics, returns, and quality control. The role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high customer satisfaction while maintaining seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management: Oversee production, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery and cost optimization.
2. Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage inventory levels, stock control, returns, and supplier relationships.
3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to enhance performance and collaboration.
4. Quality Control: Ensure product quality meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
7. Cross-Department Communication: Facilitate clear communication between operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflows and resolve potential conflicts.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or the lighting industry.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and inventory management skills with the ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
