Operations Manager (iGaming Industry)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our gaming platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the iGaming platform, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional user experience.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, growth, and revenue.
3. Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
4. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including customer support, product development, and compliance.
5. Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
6. Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in operations management within the iGaming industry (mandatory).
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
3. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of iGaming operations, products, and market trends.
4. Leadership: Strong team management and leadership skills.
5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operational tools and CRM platforms.
6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex operational challenges efficiently.
