Our client in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations, managing teams, and driving the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth workflow and alignment with company objectives.
Manage and lead cross-functional teams fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and enhance operational efficiency.
Develop, monitor, and manage operational budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
Ensure all operations comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and achieve organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using operations management tools and software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE is a plus.
