Join Our Team! Seeking for an experienced Operations Manager for a New Multi-Specialty Healthcare Center

All Point Healthcare Center is a NEW healthcare center located at Sky Mall, New Al Falah City, Abu Dhabi.

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Healthcare Center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team. The Operations Manager will collaborate with various members to improve patient care, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical center.
  • Ensure all departments operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes and workflows.
• Staff Management:
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff across various departments.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Address staffing issues, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Financial Management:
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
• Patient Care Coordination:
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
  • Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Work with medical staff to streamline patient care processes.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in long-term planning and goal-setting for the medical center.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operations with organizational goals.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments and staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between the medical center and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the medical center in meetings and industry events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a medical center or hospital setting in UAE (Minimum 4 years experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and standards in UAE setting.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:
The role primarily involves working in an office setting within the medical center.

• Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
