Job description

We are seeking to hire an Operations Manager will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations of a corporate service provider specializing in company formation and business support services in the UAE. This role entails leading a team to deliver exceptional client experiences in company incorporation, business compliance, visa processing, and client on boarding, while ensuring adherence to UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of operational expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to quality control and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of services including company formation, amendments, liquidation, visa processing, and other related activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation to relevant UAE authorities and jurisdictions, such as SHAMS, SRTIP, Ajman Free Zone, MFZ, Immigration, and other Free Zones.
  • Manage and monitor workflows to guarantee efficient handling of client requests, ensuring adherence to SLAs and regulatory timelines.

Team Leadership

  • Guide, train, and mentor the operations team to enhance performance, skill development, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and align on objectives and priorities.

Process Optimization

  • Identify areas for improvement within operational workflows and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present insights to the management team.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client transactions, regulatory filings, and operational activities to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of operational experience in a corporate service provider or company formation business within the UAE.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient knowledge of UAE Free Zone and Mainland company formation processes. Familiarity with key government portals, including SHAMS, MFZ, RAKEZ, MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, and other regulatory platforms.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
