Key Responsibilities

• Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations, including deliveries, pickups, and related activities.
• Improve Performance: Continuously improve efficiency and quality of service.
• Plan and Strategize: Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics and internal operations.
• Lead Teams: Build and manage teams to achieve operational goals.

• Develop Talent: Mentor and develop team members to take on leadership roles.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in project management and process improvement.
