This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from overseeing workflow and compliance to managing budgets and customer relationships. A skilled Operations Manager ensures that all departments work cohesively, fostering a collaborative environment that boosts efficiency and morale. Benefits :

1. Monthly salary between AED 12K-AED 15K

Requirements :

1. Minimum 10 years of experience as an operations manager managing a team.
2. Strong blend of technical and soft skills including, project management, compliance, and technology integration. Soft skills such as communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential.
3. Should possess a strong strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing business environments.
4. Oversee the daily operations of real estate properties, ensuring efficient management, compliance with regulations, and smooth coordination between stakeholders for optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction.
5. Real Estate brokerage experience is a plus.
