What You'll Do

• Lead the Operational Control Center (OCC) and Driver Performance Enhancement (DPE) teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Implement strategies to maximize fleet efficiency, including route optimization and vehicle deployment planning.
• Monitor and improve fleet utilization and driver performance to meet revenue and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with internal departments such as fleet management, customer service, and front-desk operations for seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize fleet utilization, enhance income, and reduce costs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive integration of electric vehicles into the fleet and ensure alignment with sustainability goals.
• Prepare detailed operational reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.
• Regularly review operational processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

Who You Are

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager with the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: Preferably an Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 5 to 7+ years of experience in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, with a proven track record in operations and fleet management.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Office365, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities, with excellent communication skills.
• Competent in IT systems, including fleet dispatch and monitoring technologies.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Mindset: A proactive, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is committed to operational excellence.
