We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Steel Division. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, optimize processes, manage production teams, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience of minimum 8-10 years in steel structures and manufacturing industry
2. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
3. Bachelor's degree in Engineering
4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities
5. UAE Driving license

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end operations of the steel division
2. Supervise production planning, scheduling, and execution
3. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
4. Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets
5. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics departments
