About You: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Operations Manager who will oversee a company’s organizational processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality. As an Operations Manager, you will be overseeing the recruiting and hiring process, improving productivity and efficiency and managing quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company’s goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation and process efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational success, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to drive projects and initiatives to successful completion.
• Oversee supply chain management, ensuring timely procurement, inventory optimization, and logistics coordination to meet customer demands.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing profitability and minimizing waste.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by streamlining service delivery processes and addressing client concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Implement and oversee training programs to develop team skills, ensuring a knowledgeable workforce capable of executing operational strategies.
• Utilize technology and automation solutions to improve operational workflows, reduce errors, and enhance productivity.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, conveying operational performance and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets, with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Certification in Lean Management or Six Sigma is highly desirable, showcasing expertise in process optimization.
• Experience leading diverse teams with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to drive informed decision-making.
• Bilingual candidates preferred, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional organizational skills.
• High emotional intelligence, enabling effective communication and relationship-building with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptability and resilience in facing challenges, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
