Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all processes at Hassi Properties Real Estate. This role is integral to maintaining a high standard of service delivery, managing operational budgets, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably within real estate or property investment sectors, and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Strategy & Efficiency
    Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
    Identify and execute process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    Collaborate with the executive team to align operations with company goals.
  2. Team Leadership & Management
    Oversee daily operations ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    Manage, mentor, and develop the operations team to ensure high performance.
    Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
  3. Client Service Excellence
    Ensure all operational activities contribute to a high standard of client service.
    Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in coordination with the sales and client relations teams.
    Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
  4. Budgeting & Financial Oversight
    Prepare and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenses and allocating resources efficiently.
    Provide regular financial reports on operational performance identifying areas for improvement.
    Work closely with finance to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  5. Vendor and Partner Relations
    Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and partners.
    Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services.
    Regularly evaluate vendor performance and identify new opportunities for partnerships.
  6. Compliance & Risk Management
    Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to real estate operations.
    Conduct regular risk assessments to mitigate potential operational risks.
    Develop contingency plans to ensure operational continuity in case of disruptions.
  7. Reporting & Analytics
    Track and analyze key operational metrics to assess and enhance efficiency.
    Provide regular reports to management on operational successes and areas needing improvement.
    Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Operational Efficiency
    Reduction in operational costs by a targeted percentage per quarter.
    Improved process turnaround times by a set number of days.
  2. Client Satisfaction
    Maintain a client satisfaction score of specific score or percentage.
    Increase client retention rate by a targeted percentage year-over-year.
  3. Budget Management
    Ensure operations remain within the allocated budget.
    Reduce waste and operational expenses without compromising quality.
  4. Team Performance
    Increase team productivity and efficiency by a specific percentage.
    Ensure timely completion of team projects and milestones.
  5. Compliance
    Maintain zero compliance violations.
    Complete regular compliance training and assessments.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in real estate or property investment.
  3. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing budgets.
  4. Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory requirements.
  5. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficiency in operational software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.
  8. Strong communication skills; fluency in English is required and proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
