Operations Manager

OPERATIONS MANAGER QSR – UNITED ARAB EMIRATES!

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Operations Manager located in the UAE. This position reports to the General Manager and will involve managing a portfolio of 8-12 stores.

We are looking for someone with a great personality, high energy, and a sense of humour.

Operations Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review and approve regional team manpower requirements based on existing restaurant needs and business expansion.
• Identify, train, and develop successors for the position.
• Motivate, train, mentor/coach, and develop the team directly reporting to the Operations Manager as well as one level below direct reports.
• Monitor KPIs for the region and respond to results.
• Visit restaurants periodically as per the plan to motivate the team and observe opportunities to improve operational standards and compliance with procedures.
• Observe customer trends in the region and respond to improve the customer experience in the restaurant.
• Review and align the regional management team on mystery shopper scores and improve periodic results.
• Visit competitors in the region and observe opportunities to improve the restaurant.
• Research and provide new market locations to the GM for potential expansion.
• Review and monitor sales KPIs set by stakeholders and provide assistance to improve the periodic results in the restaurant.
• Accountable for area restaurant profit KPIs.
• Review and monitor restaurant profit KPIs and provide corrective action to improve periodic results.
• Responsible for reviewing, approving, and managing area KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree.
• 5 years of experience.
• QSR experience.
• Knowledge of business management and HR principles and practices.

Salary Package: AED20-22k per month plus management allowances.
