The Operations Manager for Interior design projects & fit-outs will oversee the firm's day-to-day operations, ensuring the successful execution of Interior design & Fit-out projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role requires a blend of creative vision, leadership, and business acumen to drive the firm's growth and enhance its reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

  1. Lead and inspire the projects team, fostering a collaborative and creative atmosphere.
  2. Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members.
  3. Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance skills and capabilities.

Project Oversight:
  1. Oversee all aspects of projects from concept execution to completion.
  2. Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  3. Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and provide necessary solutions for the project requirements.

Business Development:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  3. Develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction.

Financial Management:
  1. Manage the firm's budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  2. Analyse financial performance and implement strategies for profitability.
  3. Oversee billing and invoicing processes.

Marketing and Branding:
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s visibility.
  2. Oversee the creation of promotional materials and maintain an engaging online presence.
  3. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing efforts.

Quality Control:
  1. Establish and maintain standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  2. Conduct regular reviews of projects and provide feedback to the projects team.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health and safety standards.

Client Engagement:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and updates.
  3. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Strategic Planning:
  1. Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth and expansion.
  2. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with design initiatives.
