Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure needs are met and exceeded in regard to on‐time delivery of services and quality of work.
Ensure branches are in compliance with Tips and Toes SOP’s, Quality Assurance and UAE regulations.
Ensure employees themselves are fully knowledgeable on the use and benefits of services, products, programs, treatments and activities by conducting regularly scheduled staff meetings.
Provide excellent service and other customer care techniques and monitors feedback from the clients, SPA/Shops’ Managers, comment cards, and employees.
Ensure that compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards are followed by shops and conduct regular spot checks.
Provide input on budget including projected service and retail sales, monitor financials to ensure performance is in line with budgets and targets.
Contribute to short and long‐term organizational planning and driveinitiative to reach commercial targets.
Supervise and coach SPA Manager/ Shop Manager/Area Manager on a weekly basis.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operation and maintain corporate relationship building.
Develop employees using spa/salon training programs to ensure SOP’s are consistently met.
Manage schedules, staffing, employees leave, movement, and rotation.
Assess all employees' progress continually; coach employees with positive reinforcement and develop employees for future growth.
Ensure implementation of all marketing and branding processes and procedures with company direction.
Manage operational costs to impact on bottom line and provide input on service and product margin.
Establish a culture of continuous improvement in alignment with the company’s Vision, Mission and Values.
Recommend Lean management procedures to identify opportunities for cost savings across the shops.
