Operations Manager

Karak with Mahreen, a Dubai-based podcast about South Asian and Arab cultures with over K followers, is hiring. We're looking for an Operations Manager to support Mahreen and help ensure the smooth running of our growing team and operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to play a key role in managing day-to-day operations and supporting the team in delivering high-quality content and experiences.

Role Includes

1. Managing Mahreen's calendar, emails, and messages.
2. Overseeing team processes, operations, and workflows.
3. Coordinating HR and recruitment needs, including onboarding new team members.
4. Managing workspace tools and resources used by the team.
5. Ensuring smooth communication across all departments.
6. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support Mahreen and the team.

Requirements

1. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
2. Experienced in operations management, team coordination, or similar roles.
3. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
4. A problem-solver with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Passionate about media and culture and aligned with the podcast's vision.
