We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Operations Manager to drive the performance and success of two concepts: a casual dining brand and an upscale bar and restaurant in Dubai. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead two distinctive concepts, focusing on delivering exceptional service, operational efficiency, and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction across both venues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Lead and mentor venue managers and teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability targets.
• Implement and monitor SOPs, quality standards, and health and safety protocols.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and market positioning for both concepts.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure consistency in product quality and service standards.
• Adopt a very hands-on approach and directly oversee manpower budget and requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a multi-venue Operations Manager role, ideally across both casual dining and upscale hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Expertise in financial management, including P&L analysis and performance optimization.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand integrity.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
