Job Title: HR and Administrative Manager

Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Job Description

The incumbent will manage Administrative and HR operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day office functions, including Human Resources, IT, Administrative Support, and Operational processes. S/he will serve as a key liaison between Senior Management and staff to effectively achieve organizational goals.

  1. Oversee all administrative functions, including office management, supplies, and ensuring smooth operations.
  2. Develop and supervise implementation of company policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance.
  3. Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders for timely project execution.
  4. Ensure optimal functioning of office equipment and facilities.
  5. Develop and implement administrative systems to enhance workflow and productivity.
  6. Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management.
  7. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor laws and company standards.
  8. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  9. Manage employee records with a focus on privacy and accuracy.
  10. Administer disciplinary actions following company policies and UAE labor laws.
  11. Supervise and mentor the Administrative and HR teams to enhance performance and professional growth.
  12. Collaborate with Senior Management to align HR and Administrative objectives with the organization's overall strategy.
  13. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment to promote cross-departmental cooperation.
  14. Identify and address operational inefficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  15. Ensure compliance with local HR and Administrative regulations, including visa processing, work permits, and employee benefits.
  16. Optimize organizational workflow through process improvement, technology integration, and automation.
  17. Ensure HR documentation, records, and contracts comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  18. Oversee and manage IT services, including infrastructure, networking, and standard support.
  19. Deploy CCTV fixings and ensure they remain operational without interruption.
  20. Troubleshoot potential/reported bugs and resolve them in a timely manner.
  21. Manage organizational applications and extend guidance accordingly.
  22. Advise Senior Management on IT resources and installations for project sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

  1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. Certification in HR Management or a relevant operational field (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

Experience:

  1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Operations Management, with at least 5 years in HR and Administrative functions, preferably in Dubai.
  2. Experience in overseeing both Administrative and HR Operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  3. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices is essential.
  4. Strong leadership and team management.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  6. Proficient in HR or Operations Management applications.
  7. Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  8. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  9. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  10. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
