Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across our EdTech organization. This role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, scaling processes, and ensuring the seamless delivery of digital education solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the EdTech industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in operational excellence at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement high-impact operational strategies that align with business objectives and drive scalability.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency in product deployment, customer experience, and service delivery.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between product, engineering, customer success, and marketing teams.
  4. Optimize learning platform performance, ensuring high availability, security, and user engagement.
  5. Establish and refine SOPs, policies, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  6. Implement data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging analytics to improve business outcomes.
  7. Drive key customer satisfaction metrics and oversee support operations to maintain a world-class user experience.
  8. Ensure regulatory compliance with global education standards and data protection policies.
  9. Identify and manage risks, proactively addressing operational bottlenecks and challenges.
  10. Spearhead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
  11. Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure business sustainability.
  12. Lead process automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  13. Represent the company in strategic meetings, partnerships, and industry forums.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the EdTech industry.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology, or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of technology-driven learning platforms, AI-driven education solutions, and SaaS-based models.
  4. Proven ability to scale operations in a high-growth environment.
  5. Experience managing multi-geographical operations with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
  6. Deep expertise in CRM, LMS (Learning Management Systems), automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  7. Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  8. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience in vendor and partnership management.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry with complex regulatory landscapes.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in EdTech business transformation, mergers & acquisitions, or large-scale operational restructuring.
  2. Knowledge of blockchain-based education credentials, AI-driven learning platforms, and adaptive learning technologies.
  3. Familiarity with global education regulations, accreditation, and compliance frameworks.
