Operations Manager

JOB TITLE
Operations Manager | MAF Entertainment | Snow Dome

ROLE SUMMARY
Manage Snow Park Abu Dhabi operations to ensure the delivery of world-class guest experiences, operational excellence, and commercial profitability. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, enhance team capabilities, and exceed customer expectations while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

ROLE PROFILE

1. Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
2. Ensure facility and all attractions are maintained, operational, and presented at the highest standard.
3. Manage and monitor outsourced operational services (e.g., security, maintenance) to ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
4. Assist the Line Manager in achieving budgeted sales assigned to the site by the management.
5. Manage and control Operational Expenses (OPEX) within the budget assigned to the site.
6. Establish and implement safety protocols and procedures, ensuring adherence to HSE standards.
7. Co-ordinate with first aid providers to ensure efficient responses to accidents and emergencies.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in FEC, amusement parks, or snow parks.
3. Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering operational success.
4. Health and safety certifications (IOSH MS, NEBOSH preferred).
5. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
6. Crisis Management and/or Emergency Evacuation Training.
