Operations Graduate Trainee 2025

Principal Accountabilities

You will be an integral part of one of our Operations teams, contributing to the synchronization of data & project management.

• Working with big volumes of data that includes both validation & analysis.
• Analyzing the existing gaps in the processes and working towards improving efficiency and reporting details within the team.
• Familiarity with BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SAP & MS Office (Excel, Access…).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Priority and stakeholder management skills.
• Co-ordination of tasks – Structured approach for project planning.
• Forecasting/business planning experience is a plus.

• You must be in your final year or a fresh graduate (less than a year).
• You must be available for at least 6 months starting Jan 2025.
