Operations Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive with expertise in Air, Sea, and Land shipments operations to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of shipments, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Handle end-to-end freight operations for air, sea, and land shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and other vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage booking, documentation, and customs clearance for import and export shipments.
• Experience in passing BOE, Declarations, Acknowledgment.
• Monitor cargo movement and update clients and stakeholders on shipment status.
• Ensure compliance with local and international freight regulations.
• Negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers to optimize cost efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions for shipment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for all shipments and logistics activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, finance, and customer service to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of air, sea, and land operations.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures, documentation, and freight regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working with shipping lines, logistics.
• Knowledge of Dubai Trade Portal and other freight management systems.
