· Collaborating with different teams (sales, marketing, and conferences) to understand, plan, and execute client requirements.
· Negotiating and liaising with vendors' staff to ensure timely delivery of services and logistical arrangements.
· On-site venue management, ensuring that all elements are executed according to plan.
· Finding cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
· Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies during the setup, execution, and dismantling of events.
· Liaising with clients, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
· Conducting a post-event analysis to evaluate performance and make recommendations for future events.
· Open to travel – GCC and globally.
· Minimum 2-3 years' experience working on large-scale exhibitions or B2B in the Middle East.
· Knowledge of exhibition HSE.
· Ability to multitask.
· Good computer skills.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Strong customer service skills.
