Are you an experienced Operations Executive looking for a great opportunity in the UAE? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, client relationships, and worker deployment.

Job Details:

Position: Operations Executive

Location: UAE

Visa Status: Open to Visit, Cancelled, or Sponsored visa holders

Salary: Up to 5000 AED

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee worker deployment and address related issues.
2. Respond to client inquiries and provide service details.
3. Negotiate pricing and prepare accurate quotes.
4. Maintain strong communication between clients, workers, and internal teams.
5. Draft and finalize client agreements.
6. Organize and manage worker credentials and documents.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for resource allocation.
8. Follow up on client payments and cheques.
9. Assist in ERP system setup and data management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in manpower operations in the UAE.
2. Female candidates preferred.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
