Job description

We are hiring for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator for Hausville Real Estate to oversee property operations, transaction management, and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, efficient document management, and streamlined processes while supporting tenant relations and compliance.

Salary - Starting from 3000AED

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations & Property Management:
    1. Monitor closing procedures to ensure timely transaction completion, including handling contracts and NOCs.
    2. Oversee property listings, documentation, and operational workflows to maintain efficiency.
    3. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, and agents, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
    4. Track lease agreements, renewals, and expirations to avoid delays and maintain smooth operations.
    5. Analyze and improve operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance business processes.
    6. Review tenancy agreements and sales contracts to protect investment interests and ensure compliance.
    7. Support operational process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
  2. Administrative & Secretarial Support:
    1. Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring easy access to property-related documents.
    2. Manage calendar scheduling, correspondence, and daily administrative tasks to support management.
    3. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Experience: [0-2] years of experience in operations, administration, or real estate.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  3. Preferred: Knowledge of real estate transactions, tenant relations, or process optimization.
  4. Skills:
    1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
    2. Experience in contract and document management.
    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and administrative tools.
    4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
