Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies during the setup, execution, and dismantling of events.
Liaising with clients, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
Conducting a post-event analysis to evaluate performance and make recommendations for future events.
Requirements & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Operation or related field.
Certification related to operational efficiency and site safety is a must.
Open to travel within GCC and globally.
Minimum 2-3 years experience working on large-scale exhibitions or B2B in the Middle East.
Knowledge of exhibition HSE.
Ability to multitask.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good customer service skills.

Additional Requirements:
Graduates, post-graduates, or college level, with experience in sales and communications or related field (3 to 5 years in ERP sales, Exhibition Sales experience in the GCC region and Asia).
Wide knowledge of Forex market, Cryptocurrencies, and Blockchain.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferable in English & Hindi; Arabic will be a plus).
Hardworking and able to work on weekends and holidays if required.
