Operations director

Inico are currently working with an exciting Real Estate Investment, Development Firm based in Dubai.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate expert either with an Operations or Investment Management background.

Reporting to the Chairman, sitting on the Board of Directors and growing an established business with $500 million in sales generated Y24 and approaching $1 billion in development projects.

Info about role

• Reporting to the Chairman
• Managing High-Level Real Estate deals and projects
• Monitoring performance of 3 different Real Estate companies
• Monitoring Sales Growth and Development projects
• Driving business initiatives
• Providing growth strategies for C Level stakeholders

Package & Location

• 40K AED per month + bonus paid out quarterly (individual, team and business)

Requirements

• 5 years Real Estate experience ideally within Investments or Operations
• History of working with start up businesses
• Experience within high pressured environments & balancing multiple priorities
• Leadership management experience
